Striper tandems consist of 2 different weight lures on a tandem rig. A 2oz grinning Gus jig with a 6 shad, 4 foot back from the 3 way swivel. The 3oz grinning Gus has a 9 shad, double extra sharp hooks and is on 11 foot of premium leader. When trolled the different weights will troll at different depths in the water column. Jigs have extra bright hair with mylar tinsel for extra attraction, available in white and chartreuse.
