The Rapala Scatter Rap Countdown 07 is a 2 3/4 inch, 1/4 ounce balsa wood minnow lure. Sinks at a steady rate (1 foot per second in freshwater) so you can count it down to your desired depth when casting (trolls at 6 to 9 feet deep).
